About Us

Superior Rising is a grassroots movement of Marshall Fire survivors and community leaders from the public and private sectors who are dedicated to serving the long-term needs of the Town of Superior’s disaster affected residents, businesses and workforce. Founded in January of 2022, under the mentorship of Colorado Springs Together, we have established this non-profit foundation to provide access to resources and to help lower barriers to entry for those repopulating the disaster affected areas. Superior Rising is proud to partner with other non-profits, corporate donors, private donors and government agencies to accomplish our mission.

Superior Rising exists to support the long term rebuild efforts of the Town of Superior’s disaster affected residents, businesses and workforce. History has shown, expedient disaster recovery requires a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes to make a difference. In partnership with other foundations, local businesses, elected officials, local jurisdictions and other community organizations, we endeavor to identify gaps and provide the resources and advocacy required for the successful recovery of our community.

We believe rebuilding the Town of Superior requires an intrinsic shared obligation to the result. We believe commitment, collaboration, and consensus are integral to what we can achieve as a community.
